We will declare all products as silicone mould outside the package to avoid embarrassment.

Shipping :

If your packs are below 2 kg ,We usually ship them by AliExpress Standard Shipping/ePacket /China Post Registered Air Mail.  Those shipping ways helps you track your package from dispatch to delivery. It’s end-to-end tracking. You can see the tracking information from your order details directly or here :  global.cainiao.com Those shipping ways take between 15 to 45 working days to arrive in usual.

If your packs are above 2 kg, we will ship your pack by DHL; e-EMS; EMS; Fedex; UPS; DPEX,TNT. Those international express take between 3-7 days to arrive, but may have 2% chance to incur tax when the package arrive in destination country.

Customs & import taxes

•  Orders may need to clear customs in your country. Only 2% packs need to do this .

• Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.

• Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

• Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

• Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting  refunds or leaving negative feedback.

Batteries and Lube

 We are so sorry we can’t send the batteries and Lube in packs according to the international shipping companies and logistic companies’ rules . Hope you can understand .

Quality problem& return & refund 

Dear customers, when you get the packs , please check the quality before courier , if there are quality problems of the products, or you just do not like it , please refuse to sign it ,and return the pack to us .

Those delivery ways: DHL; e-EMS; EMS; Fedex; UPS; DPEX , we do not accept returning , because the freight cost would be 3 times or more , so if there quality problems , please contact us to solve it. If there are quality problem , please take photos or make a video to show us the problem, we will do our best to solve it .

Please understand that the sex products can’t be returned after being used. Sex products are for personal, so we can’t do resell after being used, and we do not responsible for the damage after you used the products . So please check the quality before you use it .
